Debra Sephton is the founder of Atlantic Benefit Consultants, LLC, a licensed life, and health insurance agency in the state of Florida, established in 2014.
Originally from Upstate New York, Debra is a former nurse, business banker, and mayor. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry and 13 years as a Medical Professional.
Debra’s medical and financial background has enabled her to teach others the value and importance of proper health insurance planning. Together with her team of licensed agents, Debra takes great pride in protecting families and businesses from the health related and financial hardships that come about from having inadequate health insurance coverage.

Rachel is a licensed Life & Health Insurance agent in Florida. She decided to become an agent desiring to make a difference in the lives of her clients. She was born in NYC and raised in South Jersey. She is the oldest of 5 siblings and proud “Nana” to an only granddaughter. She has resided in Palm Coast, FL since 2015 and enjoys serving at her church and other non-profit organizations.
She is committed to building trust, friendship and loyalty with her clients and that makes her happy. Rachel holds an accounting degree and has been serving her clients with bookkeeping and tax services for over 15 yrs.
She speaks Spanish fluently, enjoys long car rides and looks forward to cruising again soon.
